Export a CSV from your current app, then Settings > Import CSV. You will see a preview with the number of doses found before anything is written.
On iPhone, subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android, subscriptions are managed by Google Play: open the Google Play Store app > Menu > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. In the app, Settings > Restore purchases re-activates Pro on a new device, on either platform.
